PeedsPark Club House ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to let you check facility availability and send enquiries or booking requests for our sports and event facilities in Ammancherry, Kerala. This page explains what information we collect through the site, why, and how it's handled.
What we collect
When you submit the Quick Enquiry form or a facility's Check Availability & Book form, we collect:
- Your name and phone number (required)
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it
- The facility, preferred date, and approximate number of guests
- Any message or special request you type in
We don't collect payment details through this website — advance payments and refunds are handled directly with our team by phone or WhatsApp, not online.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to check availability, respond to your enquiry, process and confirm booking requests, and follow up if we haven't heard back from you. Submitting the form also opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to our team, so we can continue the conversation there if you choose to send it.
Where it's stored
Enquiry and booking details are stored in a private Google Sheet, accessible only to PeedsPark's owner and authorized staff. It is not shared publicly and is not sold or given to any third party for marketing purposes.
Who can see it
Only PeedsPark staff with an assigned Admin or Manager role can access enquiry and booking records, for the purpose of managing your booking. Google, as our hosting provider for this data, processes it on our behalf under its own standard security practices.
Where the site opens WhatsApp for you, that conversation happens directly between you and PeedsPark's own WhatsApp number — it isn't monitored or stored by this website beyond the message text that was pre-filled from your form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to manage your booking and for our own records. We're working on a yearly archiving process for older records; a fixed retention schedule will be published here once finalized.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us using the details below.
Website hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard technical information (like your browser type and IP address) as part of normal web hosting — the same as most websites. We don't run additional tracking or advertising scripts on this site.
