Advance payment: Hall and Lawn bookings require 50% advance; Swimming Pool and Badminton bookings require 100% advance. Payable on booking confirmation.

Cancellation (Hall only): Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the event, 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before, no refund within 15 days. All cancellations are approved by management.

Payment is currently handled directly with our team (WhatsApp/call) — not collected on this website.
