Peeds Park Club House ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you enquire about or book a facility, why we collect it, how it's handled, and our booking, payment and cancellation terms.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and (if you provide it) email address
- Details of your enquiry or booking: facility, preferred date, guest count, and any message you send us
We do not ask for or store payment card details, ID documents, or any information beyond what's needed to respond to your enquiry and manage your booking.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, confirm and manage your booking, and contact you about it — by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Who can see it
Only Peeds Park's Admin and Manager staff, who log in to a secured system to view and act on enquiries and bookings. Your information is never sold, and is not shared with any third party beyond what's needed to deliver your booking confirmation (for example, opening WhatsApp to message you, or sending a confirmation email).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for our own records and to handle any follow-up, cancellation, or dispute related to your booking. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us using the details below.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just reach out using the contact details on our Contact section.
Booking, payment & cancellation policy
Advance payment
AC Hall, Non-AC Hall and Lawn bookings require 50% advance. Swimming Pool and Badminton bookings require 100% advance. Payable on booking confirmation.
Cancellation & refunds (Hall & Lawn only)
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the event, 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before, no refund within 15 days. All cancellations are approved by management.
Pool & Badminton
Coaching is available for Swimming and Badminton — ask when you check availability or book. Payment for these facilities is collected in full on confirmation; no refund tiers apply.
How payment works
Payment is currently handled directly with our team (WhatsApp or a call) — it is not collected on this website.
